He had already drawn attention a month earlier by walking around Radnor Lake State Natural area with an AK-47-like pistol he was carrying.
Embody disagrees with Tennessee's gun control laws. He sued the state, arguing that Tennessee's law requiring a permit to carry a handgun is unconstitutional. A Davidson County judge ruled against him this month, but Embody filed paperwork last week asking the judge to reconsider.
