  2. Actually Ms Gifford is a NRA member by her campaign information. She was a shooter and hunter. If you somehow think the NRA is happy or satisfied with the other murders and her getting shot then you're a truly SICK person.

  3. Ms. Giffords and her husband are both qualified with firearms.

This is not the same as promoting or agreeing with all of the positions of the NRA, including opposing the position of the NRA on the expanded magazines used to kill and injure people in the Giffords event shooting.

  4. Dog gone, may I ask how many rounds your self-defense arm carries? I know you said you use .45ACP, so that means you made the choice to tradeoff capacity for caliber. You very well maybe at or fewer than 10 rounds making this appear to be a case of “go ahead and ban what doesn’t affect me”. Remember “high-caliber” is also something that gun controllers target, though it happens to not be the meme-du-jour that “high-capacity assault clips” currently is. Had Loughner used your gun, Giffords would have died for sure, and other injuries could also be deaths. Even making some baseless assumptions that your gun would have led to fewer shots- is 8 dead and 4 injured somehow a superior outcome? How would you feel about a ban on guns over .38 caliber? Many countries with “real gun control” have such bans.

  5. Common sense gun laws is what we're talking about, TS. I don't know what you're going on about.
