Pittsburgh Gun Battle

via The Post Gazette. Too bad this didn't happen tomorrow, we could blame it on the convention.

At least two people were shot early this morning in a Uniontown gun battle that erupted over a dispute about a missing jacket and money, according to Uniontown police.

The shooting occurred at about 3:30 a.m. near Fayette Street and Feathers Avenue, outside Splash Bar, Capt. David Rutter said.

A man and a woman were flown by helicopter to local hospitals, both shot in the lower torso, he said.

Investigators believe multiple people fired guns, and they are searching for one or two shooters who fled the scene. Police are unsure if any shooters who fled were wounded as well, Capt. Rutter said.

The dispute had started earlier at the bar, then erupted into a fight, he said.

"Apparently it started over an argument over a missing jacket and money," he said. Numerous shots were fired, and several cars and businesses were struck by bullets.
Actually, it's an interesting story, several shooters involved, they started out in a bar, it's got a little bit of everything.
